Impact (formerly Housing Options) is a non-profit who provides supportive housing, clinical services and employment opportunites for adults recovering from chronic mental illness, so that each person can live as independently as possible.

The Gensler team worked with the board members, staff, donors, participants and community members to gather data, create a new strategic plan, mission statement and vision. This information was synthesized to create a new name, brand and visual identity for Impact.

To help guide the Impact employees through the transition to their new name and visual identity, extensive brand standards, documenting proper use, typography, photography guidelines and additional graphics were designed. A new brochure was also created with the updated look and feel as well as photography of Participants in their program. The brand rolled out to their website and a short video through collaboration with freelance consultants.
